Schedule Base Sessions - Month 1 & 2

During the next 8 weeks we'll go through the Base Sessions discussed in our Process here. We'll meet remotely on Zoom. Up to 6 team members may attend each session.

Step 1: Please schedule one (1) Kick-off Session as soon as possible. This is part of Sales & Marketing Alignment Triage.
Step 2: Please schedule your Brand Catalyst™ Session.
Step 3: Please schedule your Breakthrough Story™ Session at least one week after the previous session.

Step 5: Please schedule your INFLOW System™ Session at least one week after the previous session.

Weekly Calls - Month 3 & On

Step 6: After the Base Sessions are complete, we'll shift into Phase 3 and plan your Quarterly Sprints and Weekly Check-in Calls. You will be given a new calendar link to schedule these!
